Verdict:
The Adventure Kings Double Swag is one of the best value swags on the Australian market.
It has plenty of space and can be set up by one person in a matter of minutes. The 70m mattress is comfortable and having the ability to fully open the swag down both sides is a real plus.
The only downside of the Adventure Kings Swag is that some people find it difficult to pack up with one person.

Adventure Kings Swag Review
Setup:
The Adventure Kings swag is super straightforward to set up. It uses two identical poles at either end of the swag as well as one long adjustable centre spreader bar to hold it up.
One downside is that it is not completely free standing like the ARB SkyDome Swag, but it will however remain up without using guide ropes.
The swag comes with its own canvas carry bag that does a great job protecting it from the elements when it’s been carried on the roof of your 4wd or car.
A word of caution - the Adventure Kings swag can be difficult to roll up by yourself and takes a bit of negotiation to get in back into the bag.
Weatherproofing:
The outside has double stitched seams and a 400GSM ripstop poly-cotton canvas making this swag suitable for all of Australia’s weather conditions.
The bottom is made out of 550 GSM PVC to ensure rainwater is kept out as well as flaps that cover the zips for added protection. This swag has a fly net which means you can keep the doors open at night to let a breeze in.
Size:
This swag will comfortably sleep 2 people, with internal measurements of 2100mm long, 10000mm high and 1500mm wide. Due to its width (1500mm) the Adventure Kings swag will not fit across the backseats of most cars or 4wd’s and therefore you will either have to put down the back seats or put it on the roof rack.
This swag design is not as roomy inside as the dome swag varieties as the canvas walls tend to droop down towards the centre.
Features:
The most recent version of this swag has a comfortable 70mm high-density foam mattress, a step up from the previous 50mm version and is now comparable with the 75mm on the ARB Skydome.
The Adventure Kings swag also opens fully up with zips down the full length on both sides making it easy to get inside. The fly net and ventilation flaps at both ends of the swag means there is plenty of airflows to cool you down during Australia’s hotter months.
Inside, there is handy storage pockets as well as hooks to hang various items.
